They have weekly meetings, and beyond the appeal of free drugs, they preach of message of Six Spires superiority, protecting the city and its inhabitants, and an utter disregard for the rest of the world. A mix of nationalism and curiosity in natural laws makes the group attract intellectuals. Drug pushers and those addicted to who deeply enjoy Felicity also make up the ranks of the Felicitors, but many report that the longer spent on Felicity the more patriotic and more disinterested in crime people become. It's unknown who the leader is, if one must exist.
